This batch of S41500 (1.4313) seamless pipes is a joint export project between our company and a large domestic listed company to the Middle East, applied to oilfield refining equipment. The specifications are 140 × 21 × 4800mm and 110 × 15 × 2900mm, totaling approximately 110 tons.

The customer's material requirements include physical properties such as yield min635N/mm ², tensile min780N/mm ², hardness HB245-309, and elongation ≥ 15%. The straightness should be controlled within 2.0mm per meter. The final physical performance data showed a yield of min745N/mm ², a tensile strength of min920N/mm ², a hardness of HB285-290, and an elongation of 23%. The straightness should be controlled within 1.5-2.0mm per meter.
